Electrical Testing and Health and Safety
Electrical safety is the most important part of what we do. There are rules we are required to follow as set out in the Electricity Regulations. Our work, excluding high risk work, is self certified. for every electrical job we must complete an Electrical Safety Certificate or Certificate of Compliance.
We carry out all the tests required to confirm electrical safety and integrity. All our staff have the correct tools and systems to do this professionaly and confidently.
Did you know, if you want to do electrical work in your own home, you are allowed to do so and shall be inspected by an Electrical Inspector to be compliant. However you are not allowed to touch the main supply to the house, main earth or do any work in the fuse box/switchboard. this work needs to be done by a registered electrician.
If you carrying out this work in a commercial basis or for profit, i.e rental house or business then under no circumstances is an unregistered person allowed to carry out any electrical work.
Work carried out by an unregistered person or without a current practicing license is a notifiable offence
Health and Safety is quickly becoming an integral and essential part of our industry.
We are grasping these changes and requirements with both hands and learning to adapt and grow as we work. We use up to date safety software and safety methods. We work with our customers to fit seamlessly in with their systems.
Health and Safety is not cheap, and is certainly not fast but is there for the sole purpose of keeping all of us safe at work so we get to go home to our families
We are constantly building on our safety levels, this is an evolving part of the industry and is never the same but you can feel more relaxed knowing we have systems in place and a team that takes pride in working safely.
Our customers deserve the highest level of support, and we work tirelessly to maintain those standards. When you choose to work with our team, know that you are consistently choosing quality and excellence. Customer service is at the heart of everything that we do.
